Indian government sends 10 tonnes of relief supplies

Kathmandu. The Government of India has sent 10 tonnes of humanitarian aid and disaster relief to flood affected people in Rasuwa district.

Indian Minister for External Affairs, Dr Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, said that humanitarian assistance, disaster relief and essential medicines have been sent to Nepal for the flood victims in Rasuwa today.

“We express our heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and all those affected by this accident,” the statement said. ”
