Sanima Bank Announces 10% Dividend

Kathmandu. Sanima Bank has proposed to distribute 10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The board of directors of the bank held at 4 pm on Thursday proposed to distribute dividend from the accumulated profit of the financial year 2082/83.

The bank has proposed to distribute cash dividend at the rate of 10 percent of the existing paid-up common share capital. The bank has said that tax has also been included in the proposed dividend.

Based on the current paid-up capital of the bank, the bank will be issuing a cash dividend of Rs 1.35 billion, which will be 10 percent.

However, the proposed dividend will be distributed only after approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the bank.
