One-way route from Hetauda to Kathmandu

Due to the increase in traffic on the Hetauda-Kathmandu road, different routes will have to be used for small passenger vehicles from today.

{{TAG_OPEN_div_10} Vehicles with less than 14 seats will be allowed to go via Bhimphedi-Kulekhani-Sisneri-Dakshinkali. Vehicles coming from Kathmandu to Hetauda will have to come via Pharping-Fakhel-Kulekhani-Bhimphedi.

According to Santosh Subedi, Administrative Officer at the District Administration Office, Makawanpur, goods carriers and heavy passenger vehicles will have to use the Tribhuvan Highway while going to Kathmandu and Kanti Highway when returning.TAG_OPEN_div_8

{{TAG_OPEN_div_6} The traffic congestion of vehicles to Kathmandu via Hetauda has increased after the road was blocked at Krishnabhir of Dhading under the Prithvi Highway. The new system will end traffic jam on alternative roads and the need to stop vehicles for a long time.
