KATHMANDU: Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has directed all banks and financial institutions (BFIs) to provide smooth and smooth services following the floods in Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa district.

The customers who have lost their cheques, cards, mobile and other documents required to carry out banking transactions due to the natural disaster in Rasuwa and other districts have been given the

opportunity to do so.

The customer has been instructed to provide the service on the basis of signature sample, photo and other details of the customer.

It has also directed to make arrangements for facilitating necessary support to ensure access to financial services in the current difficult situation.
