Kathmandu. The stock market has increased on Thursday. On Thursday, the NEPSE index increased by 4.66 points to close at 2542.77 points.

Along with the stock market, the trading volume has also increased today. Shares worth Rs 3.46 billion were traded in the market today as compared to Rs 2.94 billion on the previous trading day.

Out of the 13 sub-groups, the indices of nine sub-groups have increased while the indices of four sub-groups have decreased. The index of the investment sub-group has increased by 1.26 percent today. Similarly, the index of the business sub-group has increased by more than 1 percent. The indices of finance, hydropower, non-life insurance and other sub-groups have decreased marginally on this day.

The share price of Win Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has increased the most. Today, the share price of this company has increased by 8.76 percent. Today, the share price of Chirakhwa Hydropower has increased by more than 8.5 percent, while the share price of Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has increased by about 8.5 percent. The share price of Pure Energy has fallen by 13.33 percent today.

Reliance Spinning Mills topped the list in terms of turnover today. Shares worth Rs 40.90 crore were traded today.
