Kathmandu. Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has donated Rs 51 lakh to the Prime Minister’s Natural Disaster Relief Fund (PMLF) to support the relief, rescue and rehabilitation of the people affected by the floods in Bhotekoshi.
The massive floods have caused an unimaginable and huge loss of life and property in Rasuwagadhi, Timure, Syafrubesi, Betrawati, Trishuli, Devighat and other places of Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading and Chitwan districts. To deal with this difficult situation, a total of Rs 51 lakh has been provided on behalf of the bank and the employees working in the bank, including one day’s salary.
The Bank expresses its heartfelt condolences to all the brothers and sisters who lost their lives in this hour of calamity and extends deepest condolences to the bereaved family. It also wishes for the speedy recovery of the injured.
