Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has distributed educational and essential materials to the students of Kuleshwor Secondary School who are below the poverty line.
As a part of its Corporate Social Responsibility, the bank has handed over uniforms and educational materials to the students through its branch Kuleshwor.
The bank has distributed stationery and educational materials, school bags, school dress and house dress, shoes and other essential items to facilitate the study activities of the students.
On the occasion, the Principal of the school, Bhanubhakta Bista, thanked the bank for the support provided to the poor and poor students of the school keeping in mind their educational needs. He said that this kind of support would not only encourage the students in their studies but would also have a positive impact on the educational environment of the school.
Handing over the educational materials to the students, Kedar Nath Sharma, Head of Kathmandu Region, the Bank said, “As a part of its corporate social responsibility, the bank has been supporting the education sector and the support for students who have been deprived of the required educational materials due to financial constraints will greatly contribute to their studies.
At the same time, the bank will continue such CSR programs in the coming days as well on the basis of needs and priorities.
