Kathmandu. Banks and financial institutions, manufacturing companies, hydropower companies and others have started declaring dividends to shareholders from the profit of the last fiscal year 2082/83.

So far, 18 companies including commercial banks, development banks, finance companies, production companies and hydropower companies have declared dividends.

So far, Nabil Bank, Machhapuchchhre Bank, Everest Bank, Sanima Bank and Global IME Bank have declared dividends.

Similarly, Kamana Sewa, Shine Resunga, Garima, Shangrila Development Bank have already declared dividends in the development bank. Similarly, ICFC Finance has proposed a cash dividend of 10.5263 per cent including tax on the finance company.

Similarly, Nepal Lube Oil has declared a return of 21.05 percent. Sarvottam Paints has proposed a 10 percent bonus share while Nepal Infrastructure Bank has proposed a cash dividend with 5.2632 percent tax.

Similarly, Mandu Hydro, United IDI Mardi & RB Hydro, Super Madi and Arun Valley Hydropower Company have declared dividend for the hydropower sector.

Meanwhile, Kalinchowk Darshan has declared 8.9474 percent dividend.

Out of the dividends declared by these companies, the shareholders of the banks, development banks and finance companies will be approved by the Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the next general meeting. Similarly, the shareholders of other companies will also get the dividend after the upcoming general meeting.
