Kathmandu. Shine Resunga Development Bank has declared a dividend.

The meeting of the Board of Directors held on September 12 has decided to provide 16 percent dividend to the shareholders.

The bank has decided to distribute 6 percent bonus shares and 10 percent cash dividend from the profit of the last fiscal year.

The bank will issue Rs 30,13,18,363 bonus shares and Rs 50,21,97,272 in cash.

The proposal will be approved by Nepal Rastra Bank and approved by the next AGM of the bank.
