Kathmandu. The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has contributed Rs 41.11 crore to the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief Fund (PMKF) for the relief and rescue of people and property affected by the floods in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading and other districts.

The board has donated the amount for the rescue and relief of the people affected by the disaster. According to the board, due to the sudden flood in the Bhotekoshi river on August 10, there was a huge loss of life and property in various areas around the river.

Chairman of the Board, Dr. Gopal Prasad Bhatta handed over the cheque of the amount to Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle on September 30, in the presence of the board’s directors and high-ranking employees.

The Board has provided the amount to the Prime Minister Natural Disaster Relief Fund (PMIDF) to support the rescue, relief and rehabilitation of the people affected by floods and natural disasters.
