Kathmandu. Kutheli Bukhari Small Hydropower Company has declared dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on October 7 declared dividend to the shareholders.
The company has proposed a cash dividend of 0.9474 percent for the purpose of 18 percent bonus share tax.
The dividend proposal is approved by the Electricity Regulatory Commission and approved by the next Annual General Meeting (AGM).
