Kathmandu. First Microfinance Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha has announced a dividend.
As per the decision of the 259th meeting of the Board of Directors held on October 12, the company has declared dividend from the distributable profit up to the fiscal year 2082/83.
The company has declared a cash dividend of 11.0526 percent including tax to its shareholders.
The dividend is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
