Kathmandu. Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has directed all LPG industries to make it mandatory to issue VAT bill while selling LP gas.

The NOC’s LP Gas and Aviation Department today sent a letter to all the LPG industries requesting them to make arrangements for issuing VAT bill compulsorily as they have complained that they have not issued invoices after the sale of gas.

The letter signed by the NOC’s Director Engineer Binit Mani Upadhyay reminded that earlier letters were sent to the concerned association on August 30, 2081 and Magh 10, 2081. In the letter, it has been said that after the sale of gas by the dealer appointed by the gas industry, it has been asked to mandatorily issue a VAT bill and make arrangements for the sale and distribution.
