Kathmandu. CDS & Clearing Limited has proposed to distribute cent percent dividend to its shareholders. The BOD meeting of the company held on December 7 approved the dividend proposal and decided to submit it to the upcoming AGM.

The company has proposed to distribute 100 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from the profit of FY 208081. The proposal will come into effect after the approval of the company’s pre-AGM to be held on January 12.

The meeting will be held at 11:00 am in the Prime Seminar Conference Room of Hotel Himalaya, Pulchowk, Lalitpur. The AGM will also discuss and endorse the annual report, profit and loss account, cash flow statement and the proposal related to the appointment of auditor.

The company has urged all shareholders to participate in the meeting and exercise their rights.
