Veerganj. Revenue collection from customs offices in different parts of the country including Birgunj Customs Office has been affected as industrialists and businessmen did not participate in the customs clearance process.

Customs clearance has been stopped due to the importers not being involved in the procedural work from filling up the form to declaring the customs clearance.
Revenue collection has been affected due to non-cooperation of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurs. Krishna Prasad Mainali, chief of Birgunj Customs Office, said that the customs pass has been halted as the exporters have not been involved in the tasks ranging from filling up the form to announcing the customs pass.
