Prithvi Highway resumes journey towards Kathmandu

Kathmandu. The Prithvi Highway, which was blocked due to floods and landslides, has been reopened. Traffic towards Kathmandu has resumed after removing the mud and mud piled up on the road.

Vehicles were stopped at various places due to the obstruction of the highway. With the opening of the road, the vehicles that were stopped have started moving towards their destinations.

The floods and landslides that have occurred in Rasuwa, Nuwakot, Dhading, and other areas in recent days have severely affected the road network. The condition of the road is still dangerous in various parts of the highway and it has been urged to travel with caution.
