Kathmandu. Muktinath Bikas Bank is going to acquire Sindhu Bikas Bank and Janaki Finance.

A meeting of the Board of Directors of the bank held on September 19 decided to acquire the bank.

Sindhu Bikas Bank and Janaki Finance have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Muktinath Bikas Bank.

KATHMANDU: The bank has suspended trading of shares in accordance with the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) Securities and Exchange Directives, 2079.
