Shared experiences and mutual education will open new doors for access-benefit sharing, and cooperation in cyclical economies, he added.
“We need to understand that entrepreneurship is not just an economic activity but also a powerful driver of inclusive and climate-resilient development, as the Government of Nepal has made it clear through national policies and programmes,” adhikari said.
Vice President Adhikari said that they now have start-up and innovation policies and in recent years, Nepal has prepared an important foundation in this regard.
Stating that mentorship should be brought along with the ecosystem in entrepreneurship, he opined that mentorship should not be seen as an alternative service but it should be adopted as a strategy to transform our economy and communities.
The entrepreneurs said that for the first time in Nepal’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, a bold step has been taken to make mentorship an institution, which is a milestone. Through investment in mentorship, we can invest in people’s ability to solve local problems, create decent work, and build businesses that respect both nature and community.
