Kathmandu. NIC Asia Capital has been appointed as the registrar of shares of Him Star Energy Company.

A bilateral agreement has been reached regarding the appointment of a share registrar.

Under the share registrar service, ordinary shares issued to the founding group of Him Star Urja Company and the general public will be registered with CDS and Clearing Limited, listed for share trading on The Nepal Stock Exchange Limited and ordinary shares distributed among the general public will be deposited in the beneficiary accounts of the respective shareholders.

Similarly, keeping records of the traded shares, canceling the filing, updating the shareholder’s records, etc. will do all the work related to the Registrar of Shares.
