Chitwan. Hotel Lord’s, CBC Plaza and Salesbury’s Shopping Store have come into operation simultaneously in Chitwan. The hotel and shopping store have come into operation from a single building in front of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-10, Airport.

Salesberry operated by Chitwan Business Complex Hotel Pvt. Ltd. and Chitwan Business Mart announced the launch of both services at a press conference today. According to Dinap Baral, executive chairman of Chitwan Business Complex Hotel Pvt Ltd (CBC), there is a total investment of Rs 1.60 billion in building and hotel and Rs 250 million in shopping store ‘Salesberry’.

According to Baral, the complex is located 11 below with two floors underground, parking on two floors, Salesbury on three floors and hotel on six floors. Baral said that the hotel was brought into operation in collaboration with Lord’s Hospitality, which has run chain hotels in various countries including America, India, Nepal and the international repute.

“There are 58 rooms in the hotel. Among them, Presidential One, Suite 3, Super Deluxe 10, Premium 15 and the rest are standard rooms. According to him, a discount of up to 25 percent has been made throughout 2025 on the occasion of the inauguration of the hotel.

The hotel has a 500-capacity meeting hall, a 100-capacity conference hall and three 30-capacity meeting rooms, according to Baral, adding that the restaurant has the capacity to accommodate 125 people sitting at the same time. He said that preparations have been made to bring the swimming pool on the upper floor of the building into operation soon.

Stating that the 38th branch of Salesberry has been established on three floors of the complex, he said, “Groceries, housewares, electronics, cosmetics, liquor and all household goods are available in Salesberry’s.” He said that clothes, furniture and other items will be available in the near future.

According to him, there is an arrangement for parking 80 four-wheelers (cars) and 200 two-wheelers (motorcycle scooters). Laxmi Sunrise Bank has collaborated with 18 local entrepreneurs to invest in this business.
