Kathmandu. Sahas Energy Company has proposed to issue dividend to shareholders as well as right shares.

The company has proposed to provide 21 percent bonus dividend to its shareholders and 1.10 percent cash dividend to its shareholders. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today.

According to the company, the AGM held on October 19, 2081 has proposed to issue right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of the paid-up capital after the bonus share issued by the meeting of the Board of Directors.
