AGM of half a dozen companies, including Shine Resunga Development Bank, held today.

Kathmandu. Half a dozen companies have called their annual general meeting today.

Out of the companies that called the meeting, three companies have left the shareholders empty-handed, while the remaining three companies have proposed dividend to the shareholders.

Among the meeting were Barun Hydropower, Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower, Barun Hydropower Company, Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower, Sarbottam Cement, Sagarmatha Hydropower, Shubham Power and Shine Resunga Development Bank.

Makar Jitumaya Suri Hydropower, Sagarmatha Hydropower Company and Shubham Power Company are among the shareholders.

Sagarmatha Hydropower Company, which has not paid dividend to its shareholders, has proposed to issue 100 percent right shares.

Barun Hydropower has proposed 4.75 percent bonus shares and 0.25 percent cash dividend to its shareholders.

Similarly, Sarbottam Cement has proposed 5 percent bonus share and 15 percent cash dividend including tax.

Meanwhile, Shine Resunga Development Bank has proposed a 3 percent bonus share and 10 percent cash dividend including tax. After the approval of this proposal, the shareholders will get it.
