Kathmandu. The United States has urged its citizens in the Middle East to leave the country, citing growing insecurity.
The US State Department has issued an advisory to citizens of Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Lebanon, Iran, Oman, Iraq, Qatar, Israel, the West Bank, Gaza, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Jordan, the United Arab Emirates, and Yemen.
The ministry has asked people to travel to safer places immediately by commercial flights. Amid the ongoing tensions in the Middle East, the US has said that the safety of its citizens is the top priority.
