Nawalparasi. CHITWAN — The one-way slope of the road has been constructed at Daunne in the eastern section of the Narayangadh-Butwal road expansion project. Information Officer at the eastern section of the project, Shiva Khanal, said that the construction of one-way slope at Daunne has been completed. According to him, the construction work of the eastern section of Daunne is around four kilometers but the slope work has been completed in a one-way manner.
One-way slope work has been completed and traffic will be operated from the paved road in the area soon. We had to face traffic jam due to normal rainfall as the slope work was not completed in Daunne. Information Officer Khanal said that after the completion of fourteen days, one can travel through the sloping road in the eastern section of Daunne. “The one-way slope work at Daunne has been completed and the journey will be easier soon,” said Information Officer Khanal.
According to Information Officer Khanal, the entire 65-km stretch of the eastern section of the Narayangadh-Butwal road project has been blacktopped and graveled.TAG_OPEN_div_12 “One-way slope work has been completed in Daunne, and with this, the entire 65-km road has been blacktopped and paved roads,” Information Officer Khanal said, adding, “After 14 days, all the roads in the eastern section will be blacktopped and paved.” Although the eastern section of Daunne has been connected with a concrete road, the construction work of the western section is yet to be completed.
