The Patan High Court has refused to issue an interim order in the case related to the internal dispute of the Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) and the election process. With this decision of the court, the legal way has been opened to proceed with the working committee meeting of the FNJ and the predetermined election process.
On May 18 TAG_OPEN_div_8, 2018, FNCCI President Anjan Shrestha and Executive Committee of the Nepal Working Committee (FNCCI) Kishor Kumar Pradhan had filed a writ petition at Patan High Court demanding an injunction against the decision of the Executive Committee. Earlier, a single bench of Justice Shreedhara Kumari Pudasaini had issued a show cause order on May 6 and issued the interim order.
