The government has set a target to bring loans and grants from various international financial institutions and development partners for the implementation of the budget for the coming fiscal year.  The government has set a target of mobilizing Rs 61.74 billion from foreign grants for the upcoming fiscal year. Similarly, the government has set a target of bringing in foreign loans worth Rs 247.28 billion.
