Kathmandu. The Property Investigation Commission (CIAA) has extended the deadline for submission of property details.

With this, the property details can be submitted by the end of July. The EC has said that the deadline has been extended as the details could not be collected within the stipulated time.

Earlier, the EC had directed office-bearers from former prime minister to joint secretary to submit property details on May 1.

According to the commission, only about 3,500 people have submitted their details. The Commission has said that it is also preparing to start the preliminary investigation and analysis process of the details received so far.
