Kalikot. The Karnali Corridor, which was obstructed due to landslides, has been opened one-way since this morning. The road section has been obstructed due to incessant rainfall on Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Kalikot road section stretching from Khulalu of Naraharinath rural municipality-8 to Laifu bordering Bajura has been obstructed due to incessant rain. According to the District Administration Office, Kalikot, the road section from Khulalu to Laifu along the Surkhet-Humla road section along the Karnali corridor has been resumed due to landslides.

Assistant Chief District Officer and Information Officer Janak Sharma shared that there is still a risk of rocks falling from the upper and steep road and the road is narrow and one-way street in many places.
