. KATHMANDU: A team led by Acting Managing Director of Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA), Dirgha Kumar Shrestha, visited the hydropower projects in Rasuwa and Nuwakot districts in view of the risks and challenges that might occur during the rainy season.

The team comprising Transmission Directorate Chief Rajan Dhakal and Kathmandu Grid Division Chief Prajwal Man Shrestha inspected the production, transmission and distribution system of Devighat Hydropower Center, Trishuli Hydropower Center, Nuwakot Distribution Center and the under-construction Upper Trishuli 3 B Hydropower Project.TAG_OPEN_span_16

During the inspection, Acting Executive Director Shrestha directed the bodies concerned to implement the necessary preparedness and safety measures to minimize the damage caused by the rainfall.TAG_OPEN_span_15
