Kathmandu. The stock market remained stable on Wednesday. On Wednesday, the NEPSE index increased by 0.08 points to close at 2,705.53 points. The stock market fell 6.31 points to 2,705.45 points on Tuesday.

Although the stock market is stable today, the volume of transactions has decreased compared to Tuesday. Shares worth Rs 4.04 billion were traded on Tuesday and Rs 3.63 billion was traded today.

Out of 13 sub-groups, price of shares of 5 sub-groups has increased. The share prices of the rest of the sub-groups declined.

Today, the share prices of both companies have hit the positive circuit. Shares of Sopan Pharmaceuticals Ltd and Apollo Hydropower Ltd were trading at positive circuit levels today.
