Kathmandu. The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has allocated Rs 160 million for the Metropolis Nutrition Allowance Programme.
Acting Mayor Dangol said this while presenting the budget of the Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) for the fiscal year 2084/85. “Necessary budget has been allocated for a program to simplify and simplify the process of registration of restored land details and integrated taxpayer identity card,” Dangal said, adding, “Necessary amount has been allocated to provide free health services to the taxpayers at the urban health promotion center.” Arrangements have been made to provide the land management services received by the Land Revenue and Survey Office from the local level. ’
Similarly, Rs 50 million has been allocated for the first year of construction under the multi-year plan for the construction of group houses. The budget has stated that financial arrangements have been made for the operation of special programs to solve the problems of the people.
“A total of Rs 40 million has been allocated for the first year of the construction of the hospital. Arrangements have been made to conduct yoga practice in every tole,” Dangol said in the budget, adding, “The government has allocated Rs 10 million for the senior citizen pneumonia vaccine.” Budget has been allocated to run special programs for the diagnosis of incurable diseases like cancer. Rs 20 million has been allocated for the establishment of Integrated Health Waste Management Centre. ’
The budget also states that the free ambulance service programme has been continued and Rs 50 lakh has been allocated to initiate legal and necessary managerial works for the establishment of the university.
