Kathmandu. The Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has started the repair and maintenance of the working line itself. The NRA has started this work from the Lumbini Provincial Office.
According to the NRA, it has been started from the Lumbini Provincial Office. Manoj Kumar Yadav, chief of Lumbini Provincial Office, said, “We have started the maintenance of the existing power line for the first time in the country using state-of-the-art equipment to provide quality electricity to the consumers.” । ’
According to Nawaraj Ojha, deputy executive director of the Directorate of Distribution and Customer Service, the repair of 11 KV line at Butwal Sub-metropolis-11, Kalikanagar has been started as a model work.
NEA Acting Executive Director Shrestha, Deputy Executive Director of Distribution and Customer Service Directorate Nawaraj Ojha, Lumbini Provincial Office Chief Yadav, Butwal Grid Division Chief Anil Banjade, Chiefs of distribution centers and project chiefs were present on the occasion.
Acting Executive Director Shrestha said that the project, which has been started as a model for the present, will be used on the basis of effectiveness and necessity, especially in the regular maintenance of urban areas.
NEA expects that in the future, if the line can be maintained by using modern maintenance equipment, the consumers will get regular and more reliable electricity facility by reducing the mandatory line cuts.
