Kathmandu. The Jenji Youth Group has demanded the resumption of power supply in Triyuga Municipality area of Udayapur. A team led by coordinator of Genji Youth Front, Surendra Thapa, handed over a memorandum to Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) office chief Manoj Kumar Jha on Monday.

According to him, the people have been facing problems due to the disruption of electricity every day. District Secretary of Genji Youth Prabesh Khadka said that they have drawn the attention of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) to resume regular power supply as customers have started facing difficulties in getting regular service at government offices including banks due to frequent power disruptions.

Office Chief Jha said the power supply has been disrupted due to the prevailing winds almost daily in the recent days and they have been regularly trying to remove it.
