Kathmandu. Sanima Bank Limited has partnered with Nepal Clearing House Ltd. (NCHL) to launch India-Nepal Real-Time Person to Person (P2P) payment service. It facilitates safe, fast and low cost transfers and remittances between the two countries.
Users in India and Nepal can transfer money without sharing bank account details using Virtual Payment Address (VPA) and UPI ID. Nepali users will be able to receive money through VPA, while Indian users will be able to send and receive money in India and Nepal using UPI ID. It has made cross-border payment process simpler, safer and easier.
This facility will serve as a modern and efficient option for students, professionals, travelers and families dependent on India-Nepal transportation.
Sanima Bank has been providing banking services through 134 branches and 127 ATMs in all 7 provinces of the country.
