Kathmandu. Himalayan Life Insurance Company has exited 4 directors and 2 have been appointed.
Saurav Dugar and Pramila KC, Sachin Acharya and Ashish Dhakal have resigned from the company.
Their resignations were approved by the company’s board of directors held on July 19.
Similarly, Prakash Muni Bajracharya on behalf of promoter shareholder and Surakshya Kafle on behalf of general public have been appointed as directors.
