Kathmandu. Kathmandu District Court has sentenced all the accused in the fake Bhutanese refugee case.
The apex court also slapped jail term and fine on 15 persons including former deputy prime minister Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, former home minister Bal Krishna Khand and former home secretary Tek Narayan Pandey on the charge of involvement in the corruption case.
A single bench of Kathmandu District Court Judge Tej Bahadur Khadka handed down the verdict.
