According to the Nepal Rastra Bank, credit cards are the means of electronic payment issued by ‘A’ class commercial banks and national level ‘B’ and ‘C’ class financial institutions.TAG_OPEN_div_8 The bank recommends that the cardholders should take information about the withdrawal limit, grace period, penal interest, annual renewal fee, transaction statement, complaint process and other terms and conditions.
