Kathmandu. On the last day of the current fiscal year, there has been a general improvement in the stock market.

The market has seen some improvement in the last few days. In the last five minutes, the market has gained 15 points. Overall, the index rose 7.50 points to 2,597.80 points.

A total of 9,469,099 units of shares of 371 companies worth Rs 4.56 billion were traded during the transaction. The prices of 120 companies increased while the prices of 152 companies declined.

The sub-indices of banking, development bank, life insurance, microfinance, non-life insurance, others and trading groups increased while the sub-indices of other groups decreased.

Investors of First Microfinance, Chirakhwa Hydropower, Pure Energy and Maikhola Hydropower Company earned in the turnover. Similarly, the investors of Corporate Development Bank, Bhujung Hydro, Swetganga Hydro, among others, earned today.
