Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: The Supreme Court (SC) is set to hear the dispute related to the special general convention of the Nepali Congress from the very beginning.
The disgruntled groups of the Congress have filed a petition demanding that the earlier decision be reviewed.
Chief Justice Dr. A division bench of Justices Manoj Sharma and Justices Nityanand Pandey and Shrikanta Poudel gave the verdict on the verdict. At the same time, the Congress will hear the verdict on the dispute from the beginning.
Earlier, a division bench of Justices Saranga Subedi and Nripa Dhwaj Niraula had given recognition to the working committee of Gagan Thapa elected through the special general convention on April 18.
The petition filed by Deuba’s side was dismissed.
