Kathmandu. KATHMANDU: Reliable Investment and Merchant Capital Limited has announced a dividend to be distributed to the unit holders of the Reliable Samriddhi Yojana.

The company has declared a cash dividend of 8.42105% to its unit holders. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Capital held on August 28 has decided to distribute the dividend.

For the purpose of distributing dividends, the company is closing the book for one day on August 26. Accordingly, the unit holders who have been traded in NEPSE till August 9 will be able to receive dividend at the same rate.
