Kathmandu. The stock market has fallen slightly. The index, which measures the market, decreased by 7.37 points to sit at 2,643.83 points.

A total of 9,754,403 units of shares of 344 companies were traded at Rs 4,275,56,75,402.

Share prices of 101 companies increased while share prices of 164 companies declined.

The indices of life insurance, microfinance and other sub-groups increased while the sub-indices of other sub-groups decreased.

The share prices of Mount Everest Power Development Company and Sarbottam Pens Company have hit the positive circuit.
