Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank is going to hold its 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 14. The meeting will be held at Amrapali Banquet at Baluwatar Road, Kathmandu.
The meeting will present a proposal to distribute dividend from the profit of the fiscal year 2082/83. The bank has proposed to distribute 9 percent cash dividend to the shareholders for the period from the date of allotment of preference shares to the shareholders till Ashad end, 2083 BS and 15 percent of the paid-up capital to other shareholders.
Similarly, the meeting will endorse the auditor’s report along with the annual financial statement, balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statement and the financial statements related to profit and loss allocation for the fiscal year 2082/83.
The meeting will also decide on the proposal of appointing an external auditor and other proposals.
The bank has decided to close the book on September 1 for the AGM. Only the shareholders who have remained in the company till September 1 will be eligible to participate in the dividend and AGM.
