Rasuwa. A total of 12 people have been rescued by helicopter.

According to the Nepal Army, 6 people were rescued from Syafrubesi, 2 from Mailung and 4 from Dhunche. Rescue operations are continuing in the flood-affected areas.

A total of 12 helicopters including four from the Nepal Army and eight from private companies have been mobilized for the rescue operation.

Meanwhile, a medical team of Nepal Army has been providing emergency treatment at the No 1 Military Training Centre in Trishuli. The NA has said that it is providing necessary health services to the people affected by the floods and those rescued.
