Kathmandu. Prime Minister Balendra Shah has started his address in today’s meeting of the House of Representatives.
Prime Minister Shah apprised the parliament about the massive flooding in the Bhotekoshi River in Rasuwa this morning, the loss of life and property and the ongoing search, rescue, treatment, relief and people’s management.
