ICFC Finance convenes AGM with Dividend Approval Agenda

Kathmandu. ICFC Finance Company has called its general body meeting to approve the dividend proposal announced to be distributed to shareholders from the profit of the last financial year.

The 23 TAG_OPEN_div_14 rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) has been convened at Bouddha Heritage, Bouddha Pipalbot, Kathmandu on Tuesday, September 29. The meeting will begin at 10 am.

} The meeting will pass a resolution to distribute cash dividend (including tax purposes) at the rate of 10.5263 per cent of the existing paid-up capital. In addition, the meeting will also pass resolutions authorizing the Board of Directors to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and appoint an auditor.

{{TAG_OPEN_div_10} For the purpose of AGM and dividend distribution, the Finance Company is closing the book for one day on September 22.

Accordingly, the shareholders who have been traded in NEPSE till September 2 will be able to participate in the AGM and receive the dividend to be distributed by the finance.TAG_OPEN_div_8
