Kathmandu. Finance Minister Dr. Swarnim Wagle has directed the government to present legal measures for the development and reform of capital market.

He made the directive while holding a discussion with the senior officials of Nepal Rastra Bank and Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) at the Ministry of Finance on Monday.TAG_OPEN_span_4

The meeting was attended by Nepal Rastra Bank Governor Dr Bishwanath Poudel, Chairman of Securities Board of Nepal Dr Gopal Bhatta, Deputy Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Kiran Pandit and Deputy Executive Director of Securities Board of Nepal Narayan Sharma Poudel. On the other hand, the Securities Board of Nepal has brought about a dozen documents since the appointment of the chairman. He has brought such documents to improve the market.
