KATHMANDU: Sudyumna Prasad Upadhyaya, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sanima GIC Life Insurance, has been re-appointed for the second term.
The 192nd meeting of the board of directors of the company has decided to reinstate Upadhyay to the post of CEO for another four years.
Upadhyaya’s current term is ending on Kartik 6, 2083. It has been decided to reappoint him for a second term with effect from Kartik 7, 2083 to Kartik 6, 2087.
The company has informed the concerned bodies about the decision taken by the Board of Directors’ meeting.
