Yadav says industrialists should be tightened, unable to manage gas for consumers

Kathmandu. Industrialists have to tighten the strings to hide their incompetence when they are not able to provide gas to consumers easily

KATHMANDU: Minister for Industry, Commerce and Supplies Gauri Kumari Yadav has resigned from her post today.

She submitted her resignation to Prime Minister Balen Shah on Thursday. Consumers have been forced to stand in queues day and night without providing gas.

She had been saying that she could not manage the gas, that she would take action against the number of gas used in five-star hotels, that the industrialists should be given the leaves in the parliamentary committee meeting after not being able to manage the gas, and that the industry should be closed. Her statement was being criticized a lot.

Amid the criticism, Yadav has claimed that she has resigned due to personal reasons. However, sources claim that her resignation was due to incompetence rather than as claimed.
