Kathmandu. Valley Hydropower Development Company has declared a dividend.
The meeting of the Board of Directors held on November 12 has declared 5.263 percent dividend.
The company has proposed a 5 percent bonus share and 0.263 percent cash dividend for tax purposes.
The company has called its annual general meeting. The book will be closed for the meeting to be held on October 27.
