Kathmandu. Nepal Lube Oil has announced a dividend to its shareholders.

The company has declared a dividend of 21.0264 percent to its shareholders from the profit of the last FY.

It has 15 per cent bonus shares and 6.05264 per cent cash dividend including tax. The company has called its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 3.

The meeting proposes to issue 14,57,253.60 units of right shares with dividend. Similarly, the proposal to authorize the board of directors to amend the memorandum of association and regulations, appoint an auditor and approve the reconstitution of the board of directors.

For the purpose of the meeting, the book closure will be done from September 2 to September 19. Shareholders who have remained in power till September 18 will be able to participate in the meeting.
